Congratulations to all of the LCC Swimmers who swam hard and cheered harder at yesterday’s championships. There were some great races with stiff competition, but Litchfield conquered many of those events placing in Top 3!!! 🏅 The hillside was jam packed with excited spectators cheering us on. The only hiccup? Mother Nature (again) ⛈.
A big thank you to our Pool Chair - Liz DeVos and her committee for helping and supporting the team. Another big thank you to my handsome, yet quick-whistling brother Andrew for starting the meet and getting the trials over in record pace! Thank you to all the parent volunteers for ribbon writing and timing in the blazing sun and putting your own lives at risk as that barbaric storm crept up on us.
